Allstate’s Innovative Mobile Claim Centers Assist California Customers Impacted by the Camp, Woolsey, and Hill Fires

Mobile claim centers arrive in Butte County and Ventura County to support customers and the communities, and make filing claims easier

SACRAMENTO, Ca. (November 13, 2018) – Allstate has deployed several Mobile Claim Centers (MCCs) to help assist customers affected by the current wildfires in Northern and Southern California. These MCCs will be in the impacted area to help expedite the claims process.

“We realize this is an incredibly difficult time and our hope is that bringing in our Catastrophe Teams and Mobile Claim Centers to the area to assist customers, makes it easier for them to start the claim process,” said Kyla O’Brien, Allstate’s California Corporate Relations Manager. “This is why Allstate invests in new technology; our goal is to have the best tools to support and protect our customers.”

The Allstate Good Hands Recovery Guide is a resource for individuals, homeowners and business owners, whether you’re a customer or not.

If you are an Allstate policyholder and have been impacted by the current wildfires, you can file a claim and begin the claim process by calling 1-800-54-STORM (1-800-547-8676), visiting a mobile claim center, contacting any Allstate agent, using the AllstateSM Mobile app or logging on to Allstate.com.

Mobile Claims Centers are self-contained motor coaches equipped with state-of-the-art generators, satellite technology and high-speed internet connectivity. These MCCs enable Allstate’s National Catastrophe Team to set up temporary claim locations and provide customers with support in areas impacted by the storm.
