Allstate Announces Preferred Stock Dividends
NORTHBROOK, Ill., March 4, 2019 – The Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) today declared approximately $30.7 million in aggregate dividends on five series of preferred stock for the dividend period from Jan. 15, 2019, through April 14, 2019. All the preferred dividends are payable in cash on April 15, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2019, as follows:
