Allstate Announces Preferred Stock Dividends
NORTHBROOK, Ill., August 27, 2018 – The Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) today declared approximately $37.1 million in aggregate dividends on six series of preferred stock for the dividend period from July 15, 2018 through October 14, 2018. All the preferred dividends are payable in cash on October 15, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 28, 2018, as follows:
