As Tropical Storm Alex quickly approaches the Texas coast, customers should feel assured that Allstate (NYSE: ALL) is prepared to respond quickly.
Allstate’s National Catastrophe Team is staging personnel and three of its Mobile Claims Centers in San Antonio and Houston in preparation for Tropical Storm Alex
Once it is safe to enter the affected areas, Allstate agents and the National Catastrophe Team will be available to help policyholders start the claim process.
Allstate claims personnel are available 24/7 at 1-800-54-STORM where customers can file claims or receive additional information abut the claims process.
The Allstate Mobile Claims Centers, specially equipped vehicles designed to go into impacted areas quickly after storms happen, are deployed to assist Allstate policyholders start the claim process. These units are equipped with satellite phones, wireless data access, generators and even bottled water and teddy bears for kids. They are staffed with the National Catastrophe Team dedicated to helping Allstate policyholders begin the claims process.
