Allstate Opens Mega Claims Center After Hail Storms
Allstate Brings Mobile Claims Center to Dallas and Expands Support at Drive-in Locations

Allstate has set up a mega drive-in center and expanded support at six additional drive-in locations to help drivers in North Texas following Wednesday’s hail storms. Catastrophe team adjustors are on hand to help customers start the claim process and assess vehicle damage. Given the extensive damage and time needed to evaluate each vehicle, customers should make an appointment first by calling 800-54-STORM or their local agent.
The mega drive-in center is anchored by a Mobile Claims Center. The self-contained mobile claims office is equipped with generators, satellite technology and high-speed internet connectivity so Allstate’s National Catastrophe Team can provide policyholders claim support in areas hardest hit by the storm.
