The City of PhiladelphiaÕs Streets Department finishes installing one of four new federally approved ÒWatch for MotorcycleÓ signs at Broad and Somerville, one of the most dangerous intersections in the city. Allstate donated the signs as part of the companyÕs motorcycle safety effort across more than 30 U.S. cities this year. In 2010, over 330 crashes occurred in Philadelphia.
