President, Emerging Businesses
Allstate Insurance Company

Donald J. Bailey is president, emerging businesses, where he oversees Allstate Business Insurance, Allstate Dealer Services, Allstate Roadside Services, Encompass Insurance, Sterling Autobody Centers, Ivantage and Affinity Services, as well as Allstate’s consumer household business. Bailey is a member of Allstate's senior leadership team.

Bailey joined Allstate in 2010 from Willis Holdings, where he was chairman and chief executive officer of Willis North America and led more than 200 offices in the United States, Canada, Mexico, London and Bermuda. During his career with Willis, he also served as chief operating officer of Willis North America, chairman of Willis Risk Solutions, global chairman of Willis Executive Risks and played a leadership role in establishing the Willis Foundation.

Before joining Willis in 2003, Bailey held various leadership positions with Allianz Global Risk, Aon and Marsh & McLennan. He began his career in 1987 as an underwriter with the Chubb Group of insurance companies. Bailey holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Allegheny College and an MBA from Eastern University.
